Price corrections started about two years ago. Heard on radio the other day that NAR figures show DC area prices were up a fraction of a percent last month. Meanwhile, I posted a few days ago how things are going in Northern Virginia....Some apparent price increases and some declines, depending on specific zip codes....

The price of new homes in No Va has dropped considerably. Check out this map of new developments by Centex by moving your cursor over the numbered boxes. Most of the communities have starting prices in the 200s and 300s now.
