I don't think you've been as clear in your posts as you think you have.

Perhaps, but this looks pretty straight-forward to me.

Me: "Yes, it was. I had recognized that earlier but forgot to mention it when I composed my reply on word choice. It was probably that tone that lead me to my too strong choice of words for the obvious acceptance of a foreigner coming here and having an American baby."


In any event, you still haven't told me what you thought it meant so I have no way to evaluate whether your reading was reasonable and my posts unclear, or not.

If you post with that attitude toward people, you'll find they often respond in kind.
