Continental Europe has no housing bubble.

The only place where a real asset inflation takes place is London, UK.

Rents are there at US $6000 a month for one bedroom. Prices are north of one million.

Nice urban housing in Europe tends to be expensive because the supply is limited, and many countries don't crank out tract suburbs 100 lots at a time like clockwork. Most urban centers no longer have the land to build them on.

But I agree with Midland, I wouldn't call it a bubble outside the UK and maybe Spain.
