Cheney and Rove's prison cells are waiting, and they both know it. Which is why Rove resigned. He knows he's guilty of crimes and he cant cover them all up. cheney tool obviously though they are both claiming they are above all laws, like fascists do. They are both traitors, fascists, guilty of enormous high crimes, just plain political Mafia and corporate criminals. Rove's best pals were Abramoff and Delay. Cheney's best pals were the A-holes who doubled our energy prices and profited the most from the dishonest war in Iraq. Both are two of the biggest criminal traitors in US history, and thoroughly evil men. Only out for themselves and they don't give a damn about anyone else but thjeir "mafia" cronies.
