I have also noticed Tradelite has gone from bullish to neutral lately, maybe even a touch bearish. There are still occasional housing industry propaganda arguments, which are so full of dung that it is impossible to just sit back and watch them be floated as truths. Buying is better than renting is one. Housing prices always go up is another. Then there is my all time favorite that housing is a good investment. Tell those stories to all the people losing their homes in foreclosure and you are likely to get a black eye.
