Thanks for posting that - I'd urge some to actually comment. I've done it in the past. They get published and, if your comments are good, may actually make a difference. Options MM's now have a very manipulative game and there is no reason for them to be able to free ride on the backs of retail investors. The other part of the proposal - to limit the "dog ate the shares" thype of excuses seems particularly ridiculous in this electronic age. This type of silly argument goes on to prevent progress. For those with memories of just a few years ago, do you recall how the industry fought decimalization? They supported retention of the old "pieces of eight" 1/8, 1/4 to keep the spreads wide to screw retail investors. Tradition!!! Bah humbug! All the industry supporting amateur anniebonnies out there should really look carefully and avoid being part of the "my scam is ok, yours is not" crowd.
