Not frightened at all... my little enclave of a few blocks is just fine (the police actually give a damn about it because most of us are white). But a lot of single women do think twice about living here... But the point was, I'm surrounded by inner city...

But, I've kinda lost track of why we were talking about this anyway... I think I was drinking when I inserted myself into this debate :)

Yup. That's the American way. That's how American cities got so bad. What happens when there is no place else to move to? Leave the country?
