Oh wait, I think I'm begining to see the light. Those people standing in the back ground are there to make sure no one moves too fast. Back in 1978, I was in Beaumont, TX, and went down to the Longshoremen's union hall to see if I could pick up a few days work to pay for airfare back to Michigan. I got hired on a securing gang, cabling down heavy equipment on a ship deck. I recall one of the union guys telling me to slow down and take my time. Apparently I was working too hard.
