As I understand it, the most serious problem for Canadian healthcare is having to wait in line even for people who have the means to pay. Sometimes if you don’t want to die, you don’t have the luxury of waiting your turn for services.

I believe that. Most Canadians are healthy and it does well for them. The people who might have problems are those with serious health problems, especially if they're old.
