Oh, thank goodness. I thought maybe some little gremlin had printed words using my fingers, and didn't tell me what she was saying. <g> Now, my feathers are settling back into their normal, non-fluttery finery....although just to be silly, another image whipped through my head, and I envisioned a cute little quail with the little feather on the top, wiggling while running by....<another grin....>

No, I don't worry really about burka's in our lifetime. I do worry about our kids and grandkids lifetimes however.

It did take so few to cause so much agnst, that it doesn't take much imagination to figure out what a few hundred or a thousand could do....

Right now, the only good thing we can say about Iraq, is that at least there are most probably thousands of AQ wantabees, who rushed over there, and who are no longer but a flyspeck.

No, there is one more good thing. Saddam is gone, his evil sons are gone, and the purple fingers still are there. I believe that in the long run, we in the US will see why we have been there, and the result will have been worth all the trouble and lives it has cost. UNLESS, the Congress decides to defund our troops. In that case, I've polished up a brand new picket board, have new hiking shoes, and will be out in Sheehans place to bring them home NOW.

She of course won't be there. She'll be someplace in a basket where her case belonged in the first place.
