Jump to msg. # My post on Telco Blue, and how the scammer Turek transferred some $800,000+ out of PlastiCON and to Telco Blue appears to have been deleted from the Telco Blue message forum. Basically you can pull up an SEC filing made recently by Turek regarding a 2005 transfer of over $800,000 out of PlastiCON and paid to his company Telco Blue. As you dig and try to find out exactly what this transfer was for (for a microcap stock, this is a HUGE amount of money), you are told that it was for a monetary loan where Telco Blue loaned PlastiCON some $800,000 in cash, and now PlastiCON was paying it back. The problem I have with this bogus scenario is that if you look through all of Telco Blue's filings, you will see that they've never made any money at all. They are a 'development stage' company, going hundreds of thousands of dollars in the hole. They don't even have a product fully developed yet, and they certainly didn't in 2005 when this supposed $800,000+ loan was made to PlastiCON shareholders. So the logic is simple, if Telco Blue is a development stage company without any earnings at all and going into massive debt, and without even a product for sale in 2005, then how did Telco Blue loan Plasticon $800,000?
