Others have figured out AMD's word isn't worth much. The explanation of why some people here see everything in a positive light for AMD, and would like very much for AMD to succeed, is because they hate Intel. That is the common denominator. The AMD defenders are too smart to actually have a significant investment in AMD. They just like to see it continue the fight. Which is pretty much the opposite of pro-Intel posters. Most have a heavy investment in INTC.
