Do you know for sure that people are paying all cash? In what SV towns and at what prices? My friends in the 1M range didn't pay all cash by any means.

San Diego is going down. Like looking off a cliff.

There are pockets around the country. But, they eventually bust. Look at Idaho and Utah.

And this is a worldwide deal. Not just in the US...
