Dean, in particular, was right where it had to be to hit us this time of year. But, it trended a little south, and when they hit Yucatan that solidly, they tend to go to Mexico. "That's happened before with video clips......any idea why?" Sure. To compress the video clip, they went to higher levels and that means a lossy compression method. And that means data is lost, in this case that means sharpness of contrasting colors.
