Jeff, you hurt me. I must now go run and hide.

Gary Weiss? Tell me what Weiss has done lately. They guy was good, now he is a hack working for the crooks out there. Outside of stalking Byrne I have not seen Weiss do much of anything. If you want, I will hang my hat on the "A" I received in high school some 25 years ago.

Naked shorting. I guess you missed the part where the SEC drafted two new laws and publicly stated it was a serious issue. It is also a serious issue localized to particular companies. As for scam companies using it as a means to scam, you are correct there and I have voiced that very same opinion to the SEC. But your solution, let the fraud exist so that others can not use the ploy to scam is absolutely irresponsible and ludicrious.

Oh, as for your criticism of the SEC. I have been around for awhile now and you know I don't see much out of you or the rest of this brainless gang you call "we". How exactly do you criticize, what exactly do you do to expose the problems, how many members of Congress or others do you speak to, how do you make your concerns resonate? The fact that you have to reach back to the 90's to talk about what you did says it all. We are in 2007 Jeff.

Now you may not like my fight against naked shorting but then again, many here profited from illegal shorting so that would be expected. The fact remains that fraud orchestrated by Wall Street Prime Brokers and Hedge Funds is as serious if not moreso than fraud orchestrated by a single crooked CEO. We expect Wall Street to be watching our backs in their land of non-transparency and instead they are stealing us blind.
