We'll see how serious the feds are about this case today. I think today is the day isn't it? From there the NFL has to announce a multi year or permanent ban.

So obviously your response is number 1 or 2 for both situations. Whether its the NFL suspending him for life (or for something like 10 years which amounts to the same thing in terms of him playing again) or the teams just decide they don't want anything to do with him, either way for you the point is apparently that he shouldn't ever play in an NFL game again.
