Let's give Silly Valley some time to digest mortgage rate hikes. We've only been concerned for two or three weeks, let's see what's up in four more weeks. I am finally seeing prime, for-sale inventory climb in Palo Alto.

Back when the rest of the country's housing was starting to decline, I maintained that housing was not declining here. Now we need to watch. I don't think that the tony areas can escape the jumbo re-pricing.
