I think the fed has room to cut rates a lot. Since China is "unofficially" pegged to the dollar, we can cut rates w/o affecting finished good prices too much. Better to do it now then later imo.

I think a 50 point cut before the september meeting followed by another 25 points at the september meeting. Am also anticipating about 200 basis points down a year from now.
