I suspect many folks think that the coming bad news on the BRCM front from Judge Brewster has been baked into the price already. I don't see how because it is impossible to guess at what he may do.

My re-entry, if I do re-enter, will take place after Brewster rules.

I realize my thinking is contrarian. After a lot of reflection, I do believe that there are several good things on the horizon. First and foremost, Spinco. Enough said about that. Second, the BRCM debacle in my estimation is on the whole a good thing. I believe that Q should be thanking its lucky starts that a serious weakness in its management has been exposed. It can now deal with correcting this weakness in preparation for the Main Event with Nokia. Third, if Q wins the arbitration dealing with the claim that NOK has implicitly extended the license, then the Main Event may be a fizzle. Nokia will no doubt challenge the results of the arbitration, but getting an arbitrator's award reversed on appeal is very, very difficult.

As I said before, there is a pinhole of light at the end of the tunnel.
