And they got it! I believe that happened just prior to Clinton leaving office. We have no other choice but to address the issue but from this point forward banks have to conduct due diligence the same way they used to. These zip code credit card drops have got to end. Banks have been handing out suicide plastic for way too long.

The housing issue is pretty major. I think we're at almost 40 year highs on foreclosures. We're either going to think outside the box to fix the issue or we're going to have an event. I'm not sure lowering overall rates is a good idea. My concern is we address one problem and create another if we cut rates.
