I am really curious what they will find to say about "Jewish Warriors" for two hours.

I can tell you in advance. There are fringe Jewish groups, usually ultra-Orthodox, that either approve violence or have been caught planning violence. The Israeli government tries to keep a tight lid on them. Yigal Amir, who shot Rabin, came from one such group. Baruch Goldstein, who gunned down Muslims in Hebron, is another. CNN will talk to those people and make them sound bigger and more dangerous than they are. Those two cases will be mentioned because they are the most famous and there are not that many to choose from, unlike the Al Qaeda side of the scorecared.

What they will downplay altogether is the difference between Israeli society, which regards these people as crazy criminals to be stopped, and Palestinian Arab society, which regards their equivalent "martyrs" as heroes of the state, to be held up as an example to the next generation.
