Len It is all moot. With Turkey electing a President who is very religious, the Turks are afraid that Turkey will go the route of Iran. I think they are right. I expect that after the American Defeat in Iraq by the Democrats, that Iraq will be divided between the Turks and the Iranians with Syria gettin a small piece. Shortly after Musharref will fall leaving the Taliban in control of Pakistan. At that point we will have Iran and pakistan in control of Nuclear weapons, and the US army stinging from it's defeat. By June of 2009 I expect the Government of the US to abandon Israel, and Israel, and all of Palestine will become a wasteland along with Pakistan Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. Canada will declare that it needs it's oil for domestic use, and ban exports. Mexico will do the same, and the unwanted Mexicans will return to the US. Thousands will freeze in the US during the winter of 2009. Starting in September 2009 Hollywood will be making movies about the heroics of their champions in Iraq, giving Americans a warm fuzzy feeling to go with the nuclear war that is raging.. There will be no Democrats elected in 2010.
