Mike Johnston,re:"How can you do that if you are not a member of the elites ?". Exactly, excellent question and it sorts of answers itself, yet beg for more question/answer. For most people, the answer is: "you can't", unless you have the FED's coder/decoder machine. Like when the FED said last week : 'there will be no intermediate rate cut', did the man pick his nose, wiggle his chin, scratch his hair, touch his tie 1/2/3 times, pickup the glass of water with left/right hand....
