NS- the NAZ is nicely up and Q down again nearly 2%. Can't just be market makers. Its a few days from the 29th and there are a lot of people to keep quiet if there is any info out there.

My guess is it's all the confidence projected by the light reflected off of management pupils.

BRCM was down big yesterday and down again today. Why is it down? My guess is it ran up on the NOK news, hit resistance and now is drifting down, since the smart money realizes BRCM will not be selling NOK their chips for well over a year.

As for QCOM, whatever the amount Rudi hits Q with it will be a one time hit to cash. If the amount is not reasonable, it will be appealed and more than likely overturned.
If Rudi has leaked his judgement, then he a is hypocrite.

Is anyone else surprised we have not heard from the Appeals court regarding the ITC injunction?
