She ruled his testimony was immaterial. Therefore there was no perjury.

When a judge summarily dismisses a case, they are saying that even if everything you've alleged is true, you still don't have a case. That's why all the depositions were immaterial. She didn't consider them because she ruled Jones didn't have a case regardless. That's a point you seem incapable of grasping.
