To split hairs, is Altman right that both NOK and Q are now infringing? He's got to be, and I really do accept what he says, but to play with the words a bit, Q is still honoring all the terms of the 2001 agreement. It pays NOK nothing, as it did under the agreement, and will accept an extension of the present agreement as late as next year sometime. NOK, on the other hand, was paying Q something like 3.5% or 3.25% of handset prices, and is now accruing it and paying nothing.
