Well you're either being dishonest or you really have no idea what you're talking about.

From your PBS article:

"In his January 1998 testimony, President Clinton said he didn't recall ever being alone with Monica Lewinsky and denied having sexual relations with her. The independent counsel has been exploring with a grand jury whether to indict the President for perjury and obstruction of justice.

January 1998 is the date of his Jones deposition. His Grand Jury testimony was in August of 1998.

You really are clueless.

Meanwhile:

archives.cnn.com

Clinton's statement dealt only with his sworn testimony in his January 1998 deposition in Paula Jones' sexual harassment lawsuit -- but not his testimony to the grand jury investigating whether he lied during his deposition in that case.

Thank you for conceding that his Jones deposition was immaterial and therefore not perjury. It's taken me a long, pointless time getting you to come around.

The Republican Senate found Clinton not guilty 55-45 on the charge he lied to the Grand Jury.

Neither Ray nor Starr ever charged Clinton with anything having to do with his Grand Jury testimony. The deal he made with Ray had to do with his Jones deposition. The same is true for his disbarment and fine. Those were for his Jones deposition not his Grand Jury testimony.

As i said, you're either being dishonest or you really have no idea what you're talking about.

So which is it?
