Tenet was a Clinton holdover. Clinton never would allow him into the Whitehouse though. It appears that Clinton judged his character correctly too late for the country.

That was why the toad had to represent the CIA. What was his name? And then he complained that the 43rd President ignored him and listened to the head of the agency instead/
