Actually it isn't. Very clearly Broadcom has a long history of overplaying their hand in a way which indicates that they get emotionally involved (in victimhood/self-righteousness).

Nokia and Qualcomm undoubtedly have some emotional involvement as well - but less obviously(/debilitatingly).
