Hi Koan, I don't like it. In a panic/high volume event, for any reason, its possible that the phone system could be inoperative, or their authentication system overloaded/jammed. 1987 spooked me to that as it happend to me than Credit card companies, banks and other brokerages have all developed easier authentication systems. This is a cheap DOS-Based mindset solution IMO Think Schwab x 2... It just added another layer of complexity, and complexity has a habit of breaking down when stressed. Good Trading nonrev
