CEBU CITY, Philippines is opening a brand new hospital with all up to date equipment SPECIFICALLY to attract the foreign trade that often goes to India now. An American would be AMAZED how much cheaper it is there. I paid for my mother in laws hip operation along with complications the year before she died. Total cost including hospital, doctor, surgery and all was under $10,000. jdn
