Mormonism's really no wackier that Scientology.

Both Mormonism and Scientology suffer from the same problem, they were conceived in America in contemporary times, people were paying attention, and documenting the cons in english.

Its the same with Christian Science. I respect and agree with many of the principles behind Christian Science. Of course, there are the extremists like any religion who will let their children die rather than see a doctor. I don't agree with their approach. Having said all that, I was talking one day with a friend who was Christian Science. We were talking about the founder of CS.....and I asked where is she buried? My friend said she wasn't buried. I asked....so they cremated her body? Nope. I said then where the hell is she? My friend said with a very straight face.......she arose from the dead. Apparently some CS believe that they put her in a chapel after she died and when they went to go see her she was gone. These believers are people who live in the 21 century. And then we wonder how Christians can believe what they believe about Jesus.
