I think they are pointing out that if al quaeda gets in power things like forced conversions will occur. Taliban rule proved some of this. There are just more muslim crazies out there than christians and jews in this iteration of world history. This does not change the fact as gem and you point out that the overwhelming number of the worlds muslims do not buy into this stuff. BUT there is a danger out there and its as much a danger to muslims as it is to non-muslims.
