I know but this is the high end. Tight credit much less of an issue. I know you can find an article here and there about somebody financing a 1.5mm house but that isn't normal. Most people put down 500K on these houses. The down payments are well over 20% which means there are other options for financing.

This stock market which is not a great general market this year, is different than in the past. It is creating wealth again with IPOs and growth companies. Thats a powerful counterbalance against the housing depression that we haven't had in years.
