Sure of it? As sure as one can reasonably be. First of all investment in oil is still fairly likely to have a positive rate of return. More importantly we already have a lot of the oil infrastructure, so much of the investment capital used to replace it if we move away from using oil isn't going to come from reduced oil investments. It will not just reduce oil investments it will reduce investment in other things besides energy.
