Umm, I have a few friends in Novato who would beg to differ. Maybe it's not considered quite as posh as Larkspur, Mill Valley or Sausalito but it still resided inside the Marin County line last time I was out there.

It may be in the county, but it ain't Marin if you know what I mean. Lizzie's argument is about posh houses, and as you point out, Novato doesn't quite qualify. That town is having some RE trouble. Add to that Greenpoint, an arm of COF, in Novato just laid off 600. The other towns that you mention are flying high... for now.
