One problem that I have with your profession is at the high end.

Justice is on principle blind. Congress no longer seems capable of just consideration of issues and cases. The Clinton case was but one example. There is no way I can consider the Clinton impeachment case blind, when 100% of the dem congress line up with one judgement and the vast majority of Repubs line up on the other.

As a citizen, I require much greater confidence in our system of justice than I am witnessing. If others feel the same way, the general population's faith in our system at large is dwindling and we are bound to do what we see in Iraq, line up behind powerful groupings in hopes we've made a good survival choice. That sucks.

I recommend a complete severation of the Justice system from partisan politics but with an appropriate check and balance to the other divisions of government.

As for the term perjury, perjury denotes a criminal offense with which Clinton was not convicted....this is true.
