The NYT borders on criminal misuse of words. They say The disturbing thing was that this all happened under President Bill Clinton. (top of paragraph 2).....and the next sentence say that Tenet was changing direction under the newly elected Bush team. The next paragraph says that team Bush was upending global relationships because of a neocon agenda. NOTHING said about proof for any of those statements. Nothing said about Bush in the WH for merely 8 1/2 months before 9-11, and having to get his cabinet through Congress, as well as deal with a huge China incident with our pilots and plane. And of course, nothing was said about Jamie Gorlick (D) and the WALL between the CIA and the FBI that she helped to create.
