HI jeff,

All that fear - so many puts have been sold.

All over subprime which has been the disaster du jour for at least 3 options expirations.

Looks like the September pay day will be the biggest yet.

And then what - heck we're out of mid cycle transition and you know what - the economy is so good - we'll be looking at increasing rates - unless you have a house you paid too much for - then you'd better pay it down instead of use it as an ATM.

Your house should be paid off always - IMO

There should be a really nice bounce/breakthrough to ride here.d

The one thing about rising bearish sentiment, it makes it easier for a reversal to sneak in? Hedging bets is always a good way to play when uncertainty becomes clearer. I think we'll have an interesting quad witching?
