You're mixing up morality and legality though. They are related but not identical.

LOL. That's usually my line.

When you wrote "binding," I read that they wanted it to be illegal. After all, how else could you enforce it.

If that's not what you meant, then ignore my comments.

If I consider something to be immoral, yes, I find it immoral in everyone. But I wouldn't make it illegal unless it was pretty much universal and there was sufficient secular reason.
