Thank God for people like David Patch. I will do all I can to help support him by writing letters to all my reps along with letters to the Commission. If he could get support by all investor's maybe it would make these guys open their eyes and realize they aren't fooling anyone anymore and the truth is out regarding how they have been stealing from investor's for a long time.

When a regular person commits a crime they are thrown in prison and stripped from all their assets basically. When these guys commit a crime they are rewarded by getting to keep millions of dollars and pay a small fine. It's well worth committing the crime to them.

Thanks for posting that rrufff.

BTW...is the rrufff to give the impression your a big mean dog? LOL!! That's what I think of when I see it. I have a Rott named Kitty.

While there is smoke in Mr Patches comments, the real fire is occurring at the broker dealer level. In fact; broker dealers have a first responsibility to thier first line customer, the investor who places funds and subsequently transacts business through them. instead its becoming increasingly clear that thier monies as profits are being derived primarily from non first line customer transactions. The fire is there; exactly where most are failing to look.

Its incumbent upon the examiner to understand the rules governing stock issuance, and extrapoate them through the channel of distribution which service this industry.

This is not being accurately reported and is certainly not well understood.

IMO the broker dealers routinely DESK customer orders which facilitates almost everything else we see.
