Paul, I really don't mind some food fights if they generate interesting debate. You are absolutely right to point out that we are here to talk about portfolio construction which implies asset allocation. Today, I see the financials giving up some momentum as the asset stocks lead the way. The last sectors to crash are the ones finally getting the bounce. Now, I expect we will see things kind of flatten out and get back to normal, as much as that is possible in the stock market. Winners today - rig, do, ne Losers - fcx, appl, gs, fnm so unh and c I flipped spg and do for a quick profit to put some cash back on the board and see what happens to the market next week after the dead cat bounce this week.
