I couldn't agree more! Sadly, if the next Prez is a Dem (and that looks likely right now), we'll be back in the exact same position as we were in the Klinton days. "Feel good, do nothing" isn't much of a foreign policy, IMO.

and what kind of message have we sent in iraq? that we will invade a country based on false information, have no plan for what we will do once we get there, send the country into unmanageable chaos and civil war, further motivate a new generation of terrorists, divert our attention away from the venue where the real terrorists were, provide a target rich and convenient environment for killing americans, and at the same time, render our military unable to effectively respond to real threats to our security

yeah, that will convince the world that we are not to be messed with, lol
