"I am unlikely to ever cease being empathetic to the needs of others and you are unlikely to quench my desire to help them."

Gees, you are speaking about helping the people of Iraq. How many innocent people have died there since we've offered our "help?"

And where is your empathy for all the people in America that have and are going bankrupt because of medical expenses. Where's your sympathy for the man, women or child who must lose a leg because he or she can't afford to pay for the knee surgery? Your opposition to universal health care shows you have no sympathy for them. But, god a lay down 4,000 American lives for Iraqis, maim, I don't know how many of our young, with missing limbs and eyes, for Iraqis. But to hell with health care coverage for all of America.
