the interstate gambling part of it i can see prison (thank you for clearing that up)

but all of the stories that i see are focused on his cruelty to the animals...

horrible as that is, how many cases are you aware of where owners went to prison for that?

I'm completely with you, OR. He deserves jail time for everything illegal he did over and above his horrible cruelty issues. This is worth far more than a fine and a slap on the wrist.
