There will be no cut unless there is a imminent recession. All will tell beg. of Sept. when we see how bad these banks port's look like and how bad there warnings are. Ben is still printing at night and ridign in teh helicopter. He has to replenish what he just gave out in unmarked bills:) It is all perception of how the public thinks what is going on to help save teh dolalr a bit. The reverse is just another bs attempt. They are gettign desperate and there moves are fortelling to that.
