I would agree with you on this. Else we could get someone who posts 19 times between 1:00PM and 12:00AM and 19 more between 12:00AM and 11:00AM. Over that 22 hour period you get 38 posts which is too much in any 24 hour period, yet would be ok by CJ's definition.

Although making 24hr periods start at 12:00AM makes it easier to check for the moderator.

The way Rink enforced it, and I have continued to, was from midnight to midnight. Now, as you note, that is completely arbitrary. It is done because it is easier to enforce.

Because I always double check before issuing a ban. Now true, I should have contacted you and let you know.
