>>Don't forget, they're different kinds of solutions with Fusion and Parallels offering virtualization while Boot Camp lets you dual-boot OSes. And even though virtualization has come a long way, you still can't play Bioshock on a MBP without Boot Camp.<<

Slower (and Paul) -

On my MBP, I currently have a Windows partition, created by Boot Camp, with Windows XP installed. This allows me to boot into Windows if I need to.

But most of the time, I will just use Fusion to run XP inside of OS X, using the Boot Camp partition as its C: drive. That works like a charm and is easy to set up.

I've decided that I do like Fusion better than Parallels, which I had been using before.

Good points, thanks.

As in my post upstream, I've decided not to add Vista to my iMac.
