Thanks again for the links. I checked out the cnet comparison. While the charts indicate a great deal of difference between Fusion and Parallels and the use of the dual cores would explain it, the final sentences suggest little difference. Hmmm.

I'm starting to feel as if I'm on VMWare's payroll...

vmware makes some GREAT stuff...one of the few apps that consistently exceeds expectations.
