"This is your idea of morality"

Once again you mistakenly believe that an ad hominem thrown into the mix passes for argument or intelligence. It does neither. It simply verifies what regulars to this thread have learned first hand about you over months or years.

As to my views on abortion: regulars to this thread are familiar with them. I believe there is no legitimate philosophical argument that can pervert the right of a woman to her own body and whether she must nourish it or care for it in any way. In this regard I of course include the right to commit suicide. Whether or not abortion is a well conceived choice for a particular woman would depend on the details and her values. In no instance can society legitimately use force or punishment to control how a person values their own life and body. This is not to say society follows this principle.

Banning late term abortions violates the Constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. A fetus is not a person and has no rights so this clearly sets rational governance back to an era were rights were fickle and whimsical. The march of civilization: 2 steps forward--1.99 steps back.

Now have a nice day, Greg or e. I know your style of "argument" so I guess I can expect your gory pictures and all. Such infantile "argument" may impress some--but not me! Most abortions are acts of "God" and the rest are legitimate acts of persons--whether they are the overwhelming majority that take place within 12 weeks or whether they occur later for the usual health concerns. Again, when they occur is not an argument against a woman's rights--although it may be an argument that touches on the personal ethics of her decision.
